The basic machine press screw separator PSG consists of:

  • Resistant machine housing made of cast iron with inlet chamber and 2 lateral cleaning openings
  • Inlet for the liquid to be separated
  • Outlet nozzle with square flange for the filtered liquid
  • Fine-gap, robust screen cylinder made of rust-free stainless steel
  • Armored, two-flight press screw made of stainless steel with a precise fit on the sieve
  • Gear motor
  • Stainless steel solids outlet; Flaps infinitely adjustable using a counterweight to control the residual moisture content
  • Base / mounting frame made of stainless steel

The mobile unit consists of:

  • Basic machine PSG 5.5-750 (5.5 kW)
  • 2 horizontal eccentric screw pumps (5.5 kW, 30 m³ / hour, 380 rpm) feed and discharge pumps
  • Storage tank (0.85 m³) with level indicator
  • Collecting container (0.85 m³) with level indicator
  • Control cabinet to control the separator and the two pumps
